Shipping Rates

Standard Ground Shipping: $9.99 USD

Free Shipping: Orders over $150 USD qualify for free standard shipping within the United States.

Shipping charges and available shipping options are displayed at checkout before your order is completed.

Order Processing & Delivery Times

Orders are generally processed and packed within 1–2 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Once your order has been shipped, standard shipping generally takes 5–10 business days to arrive.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, holidays, or circumstances beyond our control.

Order Tracking

After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation by email using the contact information provided at checkout.

Once your order has been packed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and the name of the carrier.

You may click the tracking number in your shipping confirmation email to view the latest tracking information and estimated delivery date on the carrier's website.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become available or update after your order has shipped.

If you have not received your shipping confirmation or tracking information within 7 days of placing your order, please contact us at resthings@gmail.com for assistance.

Changes to Your Shipping Address

We ship orders to the shipping address provided at checkout.

If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate address-change requests before the order is shipped.

Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to redirect or change the delivery address.

If an order is returned to us because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided at checkout, the customer may be responsible for any additional shipping or return shipping charges.

Sales Tax

United States: Applicable sales tax will be calculated and collected at checkout based on the delivery address and applicable state and local tax laws.

At this time, RESthings ships to addresses within the United States.

We currently do not offer international shipping.
